30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for unopened products in their original condition.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:
- Product vials remain unopened and sealed
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
- Product labels are legible and unaltered
- Return initiated within 30 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or unsealed vials
- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Items showing signs of use or storage issues
- Products past the 30-day return window
- Custom or special orders
All sales are final once a product seal has been broken or opened.
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the unopened product in its original packaging
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
Refund Details
Approved returns will receive a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
